SOOOOOO BLOATED! :(

Hello, I have been vegan on and off for 2-1/2 years. (I've lived in Alaska and Hawaii and go through phases of eating fresh fish...:-/).
A few weeks ago I cleaned up my eating habits and eat brown rice, veggies (usually steamed with bragg's) and fruit. And I allow myself to eat as much as I want. On the weekends I allow myself to "cheat" but its on healthy organic treats... nothing really bad.
Anyway, I feel better but I am SOOOOOO BLOATED!!! :( Sometimes I look pregnant! A few days ago (over the weekend) I "de-bloated" and looked and felt awesome.. but now the bloat is back :(
Any suggestions?? :)
Thank you!!!
Thanks!! I will try this tonight :)
You also might be sensitive to something that you're eating. When I eat almost anything gluten, I get the pregnant bloat, but it can happen if you're sensitive to soy or corm as well. Pay attention to the items you've eaten 4-6 hours before you notice the bloat & see if there's a common theme. I actually specialize in coaching people with food sensitivities so if you're interested in learning more feel free to visit my site: www.healthhappinessandhulahoops.com. Hope you figure things out!
I like to try this simple yoga pose (aptly named "wind relieving pose" lol:
Lie on your back, legs and arms to the floor. Lift your right knee and pull the knee to your chest (leg is bent). I find that for some reason, this position really helps with bloating, gas, etc when I do it with the right leg- I believe it has to do with the ascending colon being on this side. But, I'm sure doing it on the left would help too. Sometimes at the office I'll pull my knee to my chest while seated. I hope it helps!
Also, lots and LOTS of water!!!!
Thank you for all the suggestions and support, I reeeeeeeally appreciate it! I will try them and let you know what works! :)

Update - I cut back on the brown rice, added more tofu, and went to a few yoga classes this week and it really helped! Thanks for the suggestions! :)
