Durango vegans? Anyone?

I love living in beautiful Durango, but have not met any vegans or vegetarians. It is such a vibrant, friendly, and down to earth community, but I've been surprised by the lack of any strictly vegetarian, let alone vegan restaurants. Would love to meet up with some kind minds:)

I live in Glenwood Springs, but looking at property near Durango. I recall finding a community around Durango that was focused on vegetarianism a few years back, but now I can't find it online. I haven't found many vegans outside of Denver in Colorado. I know a few people around Aspen who eat plant-based, but they do it only for health and aren't animal friendly.
Good luck finding some vegan friends.
