A good basic one is: mango and kale. Real basic but great!
I also like one: 1 orange, 1 carrot, 1 cup kale, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 apple, 1 banana....great start to the day!!!! :-)
I have Kimberly Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie every morning! It is so good! One and a half cups of cold filtered water, one head romaine lettuce, 1/2 bunch spinach, 3-4 celery stalks, 1 pear, 1 apple, the juice of 1/2 a lemon, and 1 banana makes two servings. I roughly chop everything except the spinach, which is okay to leave the stems on, and add everything gradually, increasing speed as you go. I didn't think I would like this because I am not crazy about spinach or celery, but it is delicious!
