So perfect for Indian Summer! A thick, jammy spread of figs laced with balsamic vinegar spread over crunchy cornmeal, drizzled with a creamy honey-walnut glaze. I used brown rice syrup for a vegan version. The crust can be used for an easy, vegan and naturally gluten-free crust for any kind of pizza you like.
