I have recently, at 54, started working out again. I am having some joint pain. I have looked into glucose tablets and all contain shellfish or gelatin. Anyone have a good alternative? I have experienced soreness before but the aching is what is getting to me. I don't want to stop exercising, especially now that I have lost the weight and inches. Loving my body again. : )
