Mercola's B12 or Vit D spray ....???

Hi Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone here uses Mercola's B12 or Vit D spray?

It has the right kind of B12 (Methylcobalamin) but doesn't actually say it's vegan on the bottle, though I am pretty sure the ingredients are fine, so was just wondering if anyone recommends it?

Same with the Vit D spray?

Any feedback would be great.

Actually just an update I think I've found a good one with Deva B12 sublingual ... it's vegan too.
