British Airways Warning

I recently flew from the U.S. to London and requested vegan meals for my family. While the boxes camed marked as vegan the dinner was a dairy cheese based tortellini and the breakfast was a dairy yoghurt. When I asked the flight attendant about it her response was "yeah, that's vegan." Noooo, it's VEGETARIAN! British Airways clearly has no concept of the difference between vegan and vegetarian.
