I've been a Vegan for about 5 months - yay!! Feeling great! The recipes were a bit challenging for me, especially for dinner. I first attempted Raw Vegan. Did pretty good, but started incorporating cooked foods again. But, incase this helps anyone. I started incorporating Shakeology. It's 100% natural. Nutritional smoothie, amazingly delicious despite the fact that it has so much veggies, vitamins and superfoods. I drink both Tropical and Choc Vegan. Not badly priced for what you're getting.
