As of yesterday (well more today because I had to shop for food) I am doing my best to be Vegan. I have absolutely no clue what i am doing because for my whole life up to this point I've always eaten meat and lots of sugar. I have no clue really what to cook, but I'm winging it because after reading "The Kind Diet" I can't go back to eating meat without being sick. My boyfriend is also working on the transistion (although slower) because I was reading parts to him from the book. If anyone has any tips, tricks, quick foods etc., that would be great! I am a busy mom of a toddler and I am also going to school full time and a full time at home baker. Phew. Also any shopping lists would be great and restarunt suggestions. We live in a small (as in like 3 stops lights small) town so advice for that would be helpful. We're also on a tight budget. Thank you!
