I am just wondering...
I was sitting at the barber shop, waiting for my husband and son while they were getting their hair cut, reading an article about a connection between breast cancer and soy products. I do not have dairy and drink soy milk like it is going out of style. This article had me a little stressed to the point where i starting making my own veggie burgers. I did a little research on the internet and just found worse things, such as the soy protein causes and enlarged pancreas. I am wondering if anyone out there knows if there is any truth to this or are soy and soy products just getting a bad wrap? (This internet research included tofu into the mix, if this all true what am I supposed to eat?) Please help out a person who really shouldn't be this scared of a bean! :)
