Hello everyone! I'm new here and thought I'd ask some suggestions about my ptoblem. I started my vegan diet about 2-3 weeks ago, when I read Alicia's book, and cut out meat and dairy (although sometimes I have something with dairy in like biscuits, but very rarely). That time of the month has come and not only I'm late but also I am feeling really low energy. This is the second day I'm eating beans and lentils to give myself some iron but I don't know what else to do! Any suggestion?
