Hello!

My hair has reached a plateau and I am trying to make it feel healthier and grow more. I follow the "flirting" diet, I do not eat any dairy or gluten, and am wondering if anyone has any suggestions in terms of things to include in my diet, as well as any supplements or any other kind products or advice that can aid me in growing out my hair and making it healthier?
Thanks!! :)

Slather your hair in coconut oil and put a shower cap or towel over it a let it sit for half hour or so then wash it out. It makes your hair super hydrated and healthy. Do this once a week or anytime you feel like it. Also get regular trims.

olive oil mixed with mustard oil is excellent, too. leave it on for a few hours though, after massaging it in.
