Hi Everyone! Just wanted to share that Wayne Diotte, Canada's own macro superhero, is going to be presenting a lecture on October 19th. Entitled "Macro Gelato", this informative and playful lecture from Wayne talks about everything required to live a great life. From what to do and how to do it, to everything inbetween, he’ll cover a wide range of topics. Everything’s on the table- biology, psychology, spirituality and philosophy, and of course- you’ll learn about macrobiotics too! This promises to be an evening to remember. We can’t wait to see you there!
