hi everyone!

I´m a keen runner, but at the moment my right knee is giving me a hard time. it started hurting on the outside after a series of intense sessions and so far hasn´t properly recovered.. I stopped exercising for a week or so a few times now, but every time I take up training, it starts hurting again..
has anyone here experienced the same problem and maybe even found a remedy? or has anyone a tip to share on foods that promote joint health?
many thanks and kind greetings:-)

had a similar problem a few months ago and turmeric, gentle stretching, and MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) to be taken with vitamin C-rich foods, seemed to do the trick! eating more anti inflammatory foods always helps, too.
"MSM: MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a sulphur mineral. and natural pain killer. MSM blocks the inflammatory process while simultaneously stimulating the body’s natural anti-inflammatory hormone, cortisol. MSM also helps increase the synovial fluid level in joints and protects cartilage from being broken down"
