I'm new to becoming a vegan and I've been hearing alot about vitamin deficiencies that could develop. I've read Alicia's book four different times now and absolutely love it. Additionally, I'm no cook and yet for the first time I'm excited about being in the kitchen and look forward to trying new recipes. The Kind Life recipes are so good and fun to make! One thing I wish the book included was a recommendation list of any supplements to add. Any suggestions?
