new to veganism and i'm an athlete!

hello, i've been a vegan only a couple weeks now.

i'm also a runner, triathlete, and i play whatever sport comes up!

I'm a runner too and becoming vegan has only helped my running. I run about 30-50 miles a week depending on the time of year. A vegan diet can be ideal for runners. Everything you need to fuel your workouts s available from a plant based diet.
