I'm a runner too and becoming vegan has only helped my running. I run about 30-50 miles a week depending on the time of year. A vegan diet can be ideal for runners. Everything you need to fuel your workouts s available from a plant based diet.

I'm reading Scott Jurek's 'Eat & Run' right now! So far it's an amazing, inspiring book!
