Hi I have polycystic ovarian syndrome, and have battled for a baby for 5 years now, still our nest is still empty.I am 34 now. My periods were irregular, painful accompanied by severe PMS. I have miscarried twice, and almost died having IVF (two failed IVFs, and 3 failed IUIs in total). I was hospitalised with one IVF as fluid starting leaking into my lungs and into my stomach, I had to have a tube put through my back and into my lungs to drain them, I decided modern medicine was not going to help me have a baby as I lie on the hospital bed waiting for the morphine to kick, The tube was right above my diaphram and the pain was like nothing I can put into words. We gave up having a baby. I healed, and took up therapy to help me deal with the ordeal.
4 months ago I started researching diet, and realised how many yucky hormones there were in meat, dairy and eggs so removed them from my diet, and to my surprise my periods are now much more regular, but the best part is mid cycle I have a tiny bleed and a positive ovulation test - my husband and I cant quite believe it. I feel in my heart being a Vegan will help me concieve. Does anyone have any success stories where they have concieved once going vegan? If I'd love to hear from you :) Kelly - London UK

Hi Kelly!

Unfortunately, I'm not able to share a vegan-success story. My experience on my fertility journey is that my body needed more protein, so I went from an all vegan diet, to a gluten-free, vegan diet where I eat fish. It is SO important to listen to what your body needs!

I am a life coach, specializing in working with women and the Law of Attraction to manifest personal and professional goals. Through my own (in)fertility journey I realize my calling is to work with other women who are experiencing infertility to help get them feeling super awesome, to raise their vibrations and relax their mind so that they can live a super awesome life while manifesting their super awesome baby. Since I don't have tons of experience with fertility coaching, I am looking to gain experience. I'm offering a month of free coaching sessions to any women going through a fertility journey.

Feel free to message me: happyandyouknowitcoacing@gmail.com. Either way, wishing you much love and success and fertile blessings.

Love and Miracles,
Alexandra
