Chilli Cook off!

Apparently my instructors thought it would a good idea to do a chilli cook-off for our upcoming disaster training sooooo give me your FAVORITE amazingly awesome chilli recipes! they have to be really really good if I want to beat the meaty chillis (because I doubt the judge is vegan :/ )

I personally have never tried to make vegan chili, but I'm willing to try this recipe from Vegetarian Times, sometime soon...
