Bread?!

So, Alicia said Superheros can have bread up to 2 times a week. What type of bread is Superhero approved? I think toast with rice syrup would be delish but I want to get the right bread!!

You could try Ezekiel 4:9 brand breads. They are free of artificial ingredients, refined sugars, and flour. There are a lot of varieties, such as flax, whole wheat, and sesame. Sounds pretty superhero to me!
