so my computer crashed, and now i've lost 80% of my favourite recipes:( i always bake mini loaves and hand them out to my friends and clients over the holidays. they all seem to love my lemon and coconut breads imperticular. unfortunately, those recipes are gone. and surfing through the net i can't seem to find either...very sad. so i'm looking for some help please. minimal sweeter and generally as healthy as can be while still tasting good to non vegans. they've always been quite shocked that no butter or eggs are used and such delicious breads still come out! so i need to keep them happy. thanks in advance to anyone that can help save my christmas!!
