Losing Weight Gained From Anti-Psychotics/Anti-Depressants

I've been on medication for two years for depression, psychosis and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

The problem is, I've gained 15 kilograms from these.
I go for walks daily, for around 45 minutes. Most people say this is sufficient exercise, but it doesn't seem to be working.

I'd like to get off these medicines, but my parents/doctors are forcing me to take them.

I don't want to go to a gym, as when I do, I do nothing but sleep all day, get up, go to the gym, come back, and go to sleep again. I'm unable to do anything I want to do.

Any advice?
