Help finding Mixed Mushroom Gravy Recipe that is part of Smothered Seitan Medallions

I want to try to make the Smothered Seiten Medallian recipe that is part of the Vegan Entree Thanksgiving recipes. In the recipe it says Mixed Mushroom Gravy Recipe next yet I can't seem to find it listed on the site or in the list of recipes. Does anyone have it.
