Less is more.Let your skin breathe....
Organic Rosehip Oil is a great skin moisturizer
Wash your face only with water in the morning, use a organic-cream only for the dry patches (eyes, cheeks,...)
And wash your face with a good plain handmade Cold-Process Soap in the evening. No cream! Let your skin breathe and regenerate over the night.
It takes a little time to get used to and maybe your face feels a little bit tense for the first few days, but your skin will be thank you with a natural glow.
For those that wear makeup: Be selective of the products you use. In addition to selecting products that were produced in a "kind" manner, select those that are kind to your skin as well.
Additionally, I am a huge fan of witch hazel as a toner. Thayers makes a great alcohol-fee lavender witch hazel that smells great and can be found at many co-ops and natural food stores.
My skin care tip is to exfoliate using a gentle yet granular scrub. This will take off any dead skin on the surface of the face, clean pores and refine the texture of the skin. Be sure to moisturize after so all the nutrients can go into the pores and be absorbed. You will find that exfoliating a few times a week keeps skin clear and glowing.
Keep your skin care as natural as possible & eat healthy foods. Your insides will reflect on your outsides :) Coconut oil is also wonderful for your skin.
Don't get too much sun, stay hydrated, avoid sugar and processed foods and only use gentle/natural products on your face.
First of all, eating a "clean" diet, exercise and drinking plenty of water will do wonders for your skin! Choose products that are gentle and moisturizer is a must to keep your skin hydrated and glowing (and keep wrinkles away)!
I remove my makeup every night and wash with a gentle non-soap cleanser. Rinse with cool water and moisturize while my face is still damp, so it holds in the moisture and keeps my skin soft.
