I found that everytime I shower or am in the pool, I need to use moisturizer! Basically anytime my face gets wet, even if I didnt use cleanser. This has helped lessen my breakouts a lot.

I always remove my makeup before going to bed as well as washing my face when I wake up in the morning. I also always mosturize before I go to bed, keeping your skin hydrated and clean is so important!

Take care of your skin from the inside. Stay hydrated, eat lot's of organic fruits and veggies, and try to get some avocado and almonds in every day.

Eating a healthy diet, not touching your face too much and using natural gentle skin products. I also like to rub melon juice on my face. (such as cantaloupe) It makes my skin feel great!

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated, splash face with only water in the morning, wear sunscreen even on days where you are just "incidentally" outside because sun exposure adds up and change your routines with the seasons as needed. I know that my skin gets more dry in the winter time, so I use a gentle cleanser to take off make up at night and follow it with moisturizer.

Eat tons of fresh veggies and some fresh fruits every day. It really gives your skin that healthy glow. Also remember to check the ingredients in your makeup-some things are yucky and you don't want to put that crap on your face.

For me, good skin results from a healthy well-balanced life: water, water and more water! A little lemon juice in a.m. water works too. Exercise- including getting outside for some vitamin D. Weekly exfoliation with either gentle dry brushing/gentle granular face scrub; how often depends on skin type and the weather. Sounds simple, but washing off makeup before bed is super important! Enough sleep, like water, is vital. And finally, I notice my skin is its very best when I am either juicing, eating lots of raw veggies and cooked dark greens- or a combination of these. So veggies are the nutritional answer for me!

Almost forgot- sea vegetables help my skin stay blemish free, big time. Even just a teaspoon of Dulse flakes added to my morning green smoothie a few days a week keeps my skin clear!
