The oldest and most basic tip ever: drink lots of water! :)

I always make sure to rinse my face throughout the day, especially after I workout. I refrain from using harsh chemicals to burn acne away. Be kind to your skin. Also, drink loads of water.. it makes you feel great and makes your skin look healthy and nourished!

Drink plenty of water. If you think you've drank enough, drink double that. Stay away from sodas and only drink juices with meals. My skin has cleaned up so much since I started carrying a reusable water bottle around with me - ecofriendly and beautiful :)

My best skincare tip? Easy - wear sunscreen every day! The sun's rays can cause skin damage whether it's "sunny" outside or not. An ounce of prevention now is worth a million healthy skin cells later!

My skincare tip is to minimise your skin care routine you do not need ten or so different products... which can be a hard transition after been told by every beauty magazine and blog about all these 'wonderful' products you must use! Everything must be organic and kind of course, minimal ingredients is a definate plus. Face wash, toner (if you feel you need it) moisturiser and the same in the evening and a clay mask one a week or fortnight on top of eating super well this has helped my skin so much. The less products you use the less your skin has to react with and of course lots and lots of drinking water :)

I moisturize my skin with organic jojoba oil. It softens while not clogging pores!

Yonka products have made all the difference for me - full of botanicals and natural ingredients, I feel like it is consistent with my vegetarian values.

I really do think occasional exfoliation is key to keeping skin refreshed. I won't scrub every day, just once every week or so. I also love to use witch hazel.

plus...getting outside, getting some air, and taking a brisk walk makes my skin feel energized and gives my cheeks that natural color you can't get from any blush! ;-)

My skin is super sensitive, acne prone, and I was constantly getting styes in my eyes! An all natural baby wash has done the trick. Doesn't strip my skin of it's natural moisture, no irritation, and it removes make-up and all of the grossness out there that settles on my skin during the day. This is the best thing I do for my facial skin from the outside in...
