I use olive oil to remove eye makeup, to keep my cuticles soft and my nails healthy. :)
I take my make up off at night when I wear it. Also I drink lots of water and try to eat as kind as possible.
Meditate!!! think pure thoughts - yoga- vitamins drink lots of water do lots of research and use gentle good for you products rather than toxic ones.. and don't forget to smile :)
Start from the inside out, living a plant based, happy life. Scrub once a day with your favorite mild vegan cleanser, and the most important step. . coconut oil ! Lather up after your shower or washing your face, and rub off the excess with a clean towel :) Result, glowing skin !
I use Alicia's line of Juice Beauty products. They're very natural and kind to the skin! The more natural your skincare products the betetr results you get!
Green tea. Drink it. TONS of it. Daily. Also, no refined sugar, no refined white flour. Only whole grains, as unprocessed as possible. WATER! I haven't found a vegan face wash/vegan facial products that don't break out my extremely sensitive, acne-prone skin. Hopefully, I'm about to find something excellent! About the green tea...drink lots. I'm going to go make some more right now.
I skip the foundation, exfoliate regularly, drink LOTS of water, use paraben, sulfate, Phthalate free skincare & makeup and moisturize both morning and night (I live in a dry climate)! You are what you put on and in your body, so make the best choices for your health and your skin.
Olive oil works so well at removing makeup and is compatible with your skin. I had used olive oil when giving birth to my son and as a daily moisturizer as well. It also has heart-health benefits when used in cooking. I luv juice beauty;) and hope to win some more;) It makes me feel like I am doing something good for my skin. I am so glad that I tried the product; the ingredients won me over. You had me at acai berry baby!
Rather than pay high prices for exfoliators, I use a mixture of baking soda and water (mix until it forms a paste) once a week on my face. Works well on lips, too, and any that gets in your mouth (and it will!) can be used to clean/whiten your teeth.
