Take the time! That's got to be the best tip! Make it a 'moment' when you take of your make-up (and everyday dirt) at night. Doesn't have to take forever, if only 5 minutes. But just make it about you. So now cell phones, no tv, just you! You'll go to bed feeling beautifull!

Exfoliate! Exfoliate! Exfoliate! Sometimes your skin could use a little help with dead cell turnover and it keeps you glowing! Just don't overdo it. Also, if you have oily skin use an oil to moisturize, not something that is supposed to "dry" the oil up. That will only make your skin more oily.

Of course, a plant based diet is number one! But the next major boost is juicing several times a day with plenty of greens!

I am now in my 40s and I think the most important beauty secret is enough sleep! I moisturizer and drink water but sleep is the most important for my wrinkles and dark circles.

Drinking plenty of water, eating a clean diet, and cut back on products that dry your skin out too much. I found when I simplified my routine and switched to more natural and mild cleansers as well as the juice beauty moisturizer, my skin looked and felt better
