I use sunscreen (from the health food store, so only natural ingredients), drink lots of water and eat vegetarian as much as possible, leaning toward vegan.

I use Juice Beauty products and I love them! It has improved my skin a lot! Of course eating a vegan diet and drinking lots of water helps too. Exercising helps as well and never sleeping in your makeup.

Lots of water and lots of sleep! And most importantly a vegan diet with as much RAW (at least 51% for actual healing benefits) food as possible! Fresh fruits and veggies! And using 100% Pure skincare and makeup (made from real FRUIT!)

DRINK WATER all day long! That's my best skin care advice. I don't wear makeup at all but I do put some cruelty-free sunblock on my face every morning before I leave the house to protect me from the Florida sun and to keep future wrinkles away.

I buy vegan beauty products at 'Just The Goods' from Canada. They are amazing products and I am in love with them. Everything they sell is Vegan (except one lipbalm but it is clearly marked and it uses beeswax which doesn't bother all Vegans- but they have other vegan lip balm as well).

Other than that wearing minimal make-up is something I strive for. But when I wear makeup I make sure it is vegan, organic and as natural as it can be (i.e. minerals and fruit based).

Eating clean and drinking lots of water and avoiding processed foods helps the most I think.

A good sweat never hurts either!

‘Beautiful You!` join our Vegan raw cuisine, high tea & fashion show case in London. “I always loved the nostalgic British tradition of high tea it originated in the 1800, as a social event for the upper classes. Afternoon tea was accompanied by luxury new ingredient of that time. ‘Beautiful You!’ Is inspired by this English tradition. The vegan raw cuisine high tea served on the day reflects my love for this British tradition plus an opportunity to discover the deliciousness of innovative raw vegan recipes. I see vegan raw food as a healthy modern and luxury way of eating. A bit like cucumber, sugar and tea was at the time.”

We have created this innovative event as intimate exclusive showcase hosted by fashion designer Ivana Basilotta www.ivanabasilotta.co.uk. It reflects a beautiful way of life in London, the British tradition of High Tea. Innovative fashion & food plus charity fund raising for Ivana’s favoured charity ROKPA www.rokpa.org . The high tea menu is designed by www.42RAW.co.uk. Head Chef Katarzyna and fashion designer Ivana Basilotta will share their beauty secrets of eating raw and models will walk Ivana’s new one off designs for the summer . RSVP £ 35.00 per person, limited seating available. to book Contact Home House London : Sonia or Victoria on 020 7670 2000.
