The beauty tip is drink no less than 8 glasses of water a day. I've been doing so for over 30 + years and my skin has been so soft like a babies behind!
I put fresh rosemary and boiling water in a large boil, then drape a towel over my head and stand over the bowl - rosemary steam facials! Smells great, opens and cleans the pores, and feels really nice on your throat.
A facial steamer did wonders for my skin. I think I paid around twenty dollars for it. I steam 3 or 4 times a week right before my shower. My pores open and any blockages are cleared. When I first started my skin broke out but after the initial cleansing period I saw miraculous results. It feels very good and soothing! You can add a little essential oil to the water if you like! Lovely!
I have extremely oily skin so, I wash twice a day with a salicylic acid product. Once in the morning and once in the evening. Then I follow up with Witch Hazel. This works great as an astringent and helps keep breakouts away!
Reduce stress! Not always possible. If I have too much on my "plate",it shows on my skin.
Drink LOTS of water and stop touching your face! This will also keep you healthier.
For the best esfolitation: honey and brown sugar!
Drink pure water all day. Hydrate from the inside out.
Eat your fruits and veggies for amazing skin!
As I live in an area where it is quite cold right now, I recommend regularly vapor-baths for a healthy and clean skin, with or without any added salt, chamomile or an essential oil (except when you are allergic!)
