Green Drink A
2 handfuls washed raw Kale
1 cup Soy Milk
some ground Cinnamon
( blend, puree, and pour. I added some dried cranberries in after and it tasted good)
Green Drink B
1 cup of soymilk
2 handfuls /cups of raw Kale
pear sauce ( entire cup)
spoonful of almond butter
Blend , puree, and drink. :) Hope you find it yummy.
Thanks for the recipes. While I like cooked kale, I'm finding it tough to include raw kale in my green smoothies. They come out too bitter even if I take off the stems. But I'll give these a try...
