Hello, I'm new :) I think I fall into the 'flirt' category. I eat mainly meat-free but still find I'd like some now and then. I have also found (from experience) that I don't tolerate dairy too well.
What I'd like to gain here:
- learn to try new foods
- learn to cut back on the 'nasty' types (of which I still find I crave)
- start to feel well overall (sleep better, be less congested, settle my IBS with a good diet and no meds)
I'd like to eat better, feel well and try new foods and recipes. I look forward to meeting new people on here.
