I was looking for some ideas on dinner tonight. Whatcha cookin?
I'm making broccoli w/garlic sauce w/ brown rice.
Vegie stir fry with rice noodles, And miso soup. Or barley poridge

Tell me more about the barley porridge. I usually have white miso, Any diff using red? For lunch today I had fried potatoes with bell peppers, onions, mushrooms and kale.
I think i said barley like 3 times in my last post lol. I make barley poridge with almond milk earth balance date sugar raisins or pears or something sweet and pumpkin seeds. Red miso is stronger more of a beef broth taste. It's better for like stews
I ate just plain ol rice and beans tonight. sometimes it's nice not to have to think
