The other night I thought "Oh yummy, pasta with warm gooey cheese" and ate it up. Didn't think too much of it until... 5am. I awoke with awful stomach aches and honestly - I don't think I can have cheese again! I know there are alternative recopies for 'almost like cheese' so I'd love to hear them! And I have not been formally diagnosed with lactose intolerance, but over the years I have found too much dairy on any given day results in this.
