I found this website and am excited to learn how to try healthier recipes and just feel better.
I have a "sweet tooth" so it will be nice to make desserts that are good for me. I am even willing
to try going "no red meat" in the near future and see how I do.

Best,
Mary

Welcome! You should buy alicia silverstone's book The Kind Diet. Even if your not ready to jump all in at once you will still learn alot of new foods you've never tried and alot about the foods you are eating. It's great.

Hi Alexia,

I actually purchased "The Kind Diet" and have been reading it. It will be a bit of a challenge, but after reading
the book and what unhealthy foods can do to you, it will be refreshing to "flirt" with better food choices.
I am going to try tofu this week and start slowly integrating more vegetables and beans. Definitely going to
try some of the recipes.
