We live in a two story green eco-friendly condo. We have a rooftop garden'patio so we put the composter up there. However, you can compost within your kitchen. Go to your local library and take out a book on composting, or just do some internet research. It's as easy as doin ti straight from your kitchen counter, with an airtight container.

You'll do great!

Thanks Dana! It's going really well although it has started to smell a little... not too bad but definitely unpleasant and I've also noticed more and more fruit flies inside my bin. Do either of you guys have any ideas to fix these two issues? Thanks for all of your suggestions!

Try eggshells (I know not vegan), if you don't have any try a cafe, etc. Dry them out (on a window sill for a week) then crumble them up in your hand and sprinkle in your worm farm. Shredded paper is also good as well as small bits of cardboard. Your worm farm is probably too wet, I had exactly the same problem in my early days too. Also sprinkle some dolomite lime in your worm farm once a month.
