What does it mean exactly to be a vegan "super hero " style?

I'm a new vegan- happy- and I notice the more raw veggies I eat along with my cooked grains, the better I feel. I don't have Alicia's book yet , but have definitely gone to the bookstore and read parts . What does it mean again, to be superhero?
