I decided to make the change last week. I was hanging out at home and watched 2 documentaries on netflix called "Food Matters", and "Vegucated". Thats all it took. Not only was I grossed out by what I have been putting into my body, but I was balling at how horrific what those poor innocent animals are forced to endure. ! I grew up in Kansas. Meat was at every meal. Its been 7 days vegan and I am doing good! I feel healthier and noticed my skin and eyes even looking brighter. I have more energy and have even stopped taking my anxiety medication. I don't need it! I can't believe it! I have had a few temptations- chocolate fudge and cheese, but resisted the urges. I'm learning about healthy alternatives now and my family is even wanting to join me in my quest out of their own curiousity. One of the best decisions I have ever made.
