Hi all! I read The Kind Diet when it first came out and went vegan immediately (and I strive to be a superhero!). Today I just bought the Kindle version of the book so I can easily keep it with me all the time for quick reference. I am recommitting to superhero-ism in the new year and I'm so excited to get back on track and feel my best! I've been feeling sooo crappy lately in my junk-food-vegan ways!
I'm actually going to do a three day juice feast starting tomorrow, just to jump start my feel-better receptors. : )
