Cutting out dairy and eggs for 2013

My new years resolution is to be vegan for all of 2013, so far so good! Does anyone have any advice as far as staple meals go? What does your typical day of meals look like? Thanks for the support! (:

hello Shay Rose, Congratulations on your new year resolution!!!!
Here is an example of a typical day for me and my daughter who is vegan as well....at 12!!!
breakfast:
smoothie made of almond milk,bananas and greens (either spinach or leaf lettuce)
a bowl of oatmeal with dates, almonds, sunflower seeds, and coconut.
snack: apple or miso bouillon
lunch:
a mega salad made of brown rice, rubbed kale with lemon or mixed lettuce, avocado, and any veggies I' m feeling in that moment.
a few Rivita whole grain crakers
a soya yogourt or soya pudding
snack: fruit
dinner:
whole wheat pasta with tomato sauce made with diced tomatoes, artichokes, sundried tomatoes and black olives.
greens on the side (either green salad or rubbed kale)
dessert: camomille tea
