I need your help....looking for soy-free, estrogen free, recipes for my Mom.

Hi...my mom is undergoing Breast Cancer treatment . I'll be cooking for her and am looking for recipes that don't contain phytoestrogens such as soy. Please share your favorite recipes or links. Thanks! Amber
