Gluten Free Bread?

I've read The Kind Diet but I do have one confusion... is fresh baked whole grain gluten-free bread (from my breadmaker) okay to have as a superhero? I know she recommended sour dough with tahini, but I love some fresh baked bread with raw nut butter and a little banana in the morning (it's a wonderful breakfast). Thank you!

I am gluten free as well and trying to do a90% superhero diet. Our selections for grains are limited so I think as long the ingredients are organic and as close to clean as possible it is ok!
