Hello, I have been following a vegan diet for about 45 days now and have had the worst problem going to sleep!! This has never happened to me before, and I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Are you loosing weight? Sounds like your metabolism is skyrocketing. Vitamin B6 is very calming, when i take it i can't keep my eyes open. Also st. Johns wort is a supplement that really relaxes me but it don't mix well with birth control pills and some medications so u might want to google it.
I can totally relate! I've been vegan for about 30 days and I've been having a lot of difficulty sleeping as well! I gave up caffeine a month ago too so I would assume I would actually be sleeping BETTER not worse...I've been increasing my workouts (spinning 3-4xs a week) and I a take B12 supplement along w/ my multivitamin but it seems like every night I'm tossing and turning w/o being able to fall asleep or stay asleep.
Kristin, did you find out what might be causing and/or a cure? Thanks
