Hi!! I have Celiac disease- an allergy to gluten found in most tasty things ( in my opinion) and to Casein (protein found in all mammal milk, even breast milk!). I recently gave up red meat because it made me feel sick an heavy, nix'd pork, and have been sticking to turkey and chicken and fish 2-3 times a week. I want to go vegan completely, but am having trouble with motivation, someone to talk to when I get a craving and start to indulge in a hamburger ( even though I feel crappy afterward), and general knowledge and guidance. I have Alicia's book and Crazy, Sexy, Diet. Help me find tasty vegan recipes that cater to my food allergies. I guess it would help more to have a buddy to keep me motivated and in check too!!
