Chinese food Vegetarian/Vegan restaurant in San francisco

I've been going to this restaurant for years and I am a huge fan!! They've been around since 1978! Their food is delicious and they've won several awards over the years! Just to clarify it is a vegetarian Chinese restaurant that has several vegan options on the menu.
Hi Rachel! This is Kind Liffer Julie Swartout here. I just checked out the menue for the restaurant 'Shangri-La' that you recommended. It looks great but I'm also gluten free, so I wonder what I could eat there.
I wanted to inform you of a great Asian Veg grocery store that sells wonderful soy and soy/gluten based vegan meat replacements. It's in Oakland's Chinatown and the store is called 'Layonna Veg'! I find that all of the soy based meat and fish/seafood options are so amazing! A worker told me that it's been there for 19 years.
So, I try to buy save money and purchase my asian meat/seafood especially fish replacements there.
