Check out take charge teas based outside of Ottawa. They retail at health food stores and make a prenatal tea that is delicious. http://www.takechargetea.com

Congrats!!!

Anything with hibiscus as the first ingredient. That has the most anti-oxidants. http://nutritionfacts.org/video/is-hibiscus-tea-good-for-you/ Since you don't want to get sick, this should tackle all the nasties in the air.

Darling, please feel free to contact me if you have a nutrition questions about becoming a mommy.

Darling, just was watching Dr. Michael Greger about flax. If you do flax as an Omega-3 source or as a lignan source, I would find another source mid second trimester. Flax meal has been shown to increase, not cause, but increase risk of early birth after second trimester. You could definitely nosh on walnut butter and celery. . . I think I'll have some now! Sounds good.
