Btw, just read Dr. Neal Barnard's "Breaking the Food Seduction." I really liked it. He had some great information and also recipes by Joanne Stepaniak. I had it checked out from the library, but the recipes looked so good, I ordered it off of Amazon. Joanne's website is www.vegsource.com if anyone wants to check out some of her recipes for free.
