New vegan at a small college seeking advice

Hi,
I'm in college and have been a vegetarian for the past five years. I am at the very beginning of my journey to being a vegan. I'm a bit worried because I go to a very small college that doesn't include a lot of options. I am required to be on their meal plan, and as a result, I don't have a lot of money to go shopping for food. I was previously off of gluten, but I'm trying to slowly incorporate it back in. I really want to be vegan, but I'm not sure what to do. I am very active, and take part in athletics around four to five times a week. How should I make this transition? How do I get all my nutrients? What should I do?
Thank you very much and I'm excited about this new endeavor!
Try supplements! Spirulina, Acai, and Chia seeds
We add chia, flax and hemp seeds to smoothies.
eat lots and lots of vegetables! cooked and raw. also include, nuts, seeds, legumes(eg beans and peas, lentils) fruits, wholegrains. even sea vegetables, miso soup....anything thats vegan! i prefer whole foods over anything processed, healthier. it must be harder on a meal plan but im sure the kitchen would be able to accomodate u, i was vegan at my hall of residence at college, there was one other vegan and we got meals made for u when the vegetarian option wasn't vegan. we also ha an amazing salad bar. try talking to the kitchen staff maybe. if u have a varied diet, lots of vegetables, include protein and fat sources (ie beans and nuts/seeds/avocadoes) and take a b12 supplement, you should get all the nutrients you need =] also remember to drink plenty of water!
