Help! Struggling with Superhero

Hi everyone!

I am new to the kind diet and absolutely loving it!

I have been vegan for a little while now after being vegetarian for around 7 years. At first I was terrible and ate all the wrong things and gained a lot of weight but over the past 4 months I have been really good and followed a nutritionally balanced diet. In January I began superhero, mostly organic (with the addition of a few extra raw foods and a little less dense grain as my digestive system doesn't cope well with these). I stuck to it really well and have had heaps of energy. Over the past few days I've fallen off the wagon a bit and have eaten some vegan pizza and buckwheat pasta with TVP. I feel absolutely awful, like someone has drained all the energy from me and taken away my life force. My stomach has gone from flat to bloated in less than 72 hours and I feel very uncomfortable! I've learned my lesson and will be back to superhero from now on but I was wondering if anyone has any tips? Does anyone else struggle with self control? And are there any particular reasons for why could have been caused by being a little bit 'naughty'?

Would love some feed back on this!

Is there a possibility that you are sensitive to soy or gluten? Have you thought about keeping a food journal to help you figure out what's triggering the negative symptoms? There are online resources, too, that will guide you in setting up an elimination diet. Or, consider working w/a dietician or nutritionist to help you.
