Forks over Knives did it for us. We use mostly coconut milk, I don't like almond milk in coffee but my husband doesn't mind.

Some suggest you use the faux meat, nuggets etc... but I find it easier to make dishes that don't try to mimic my past eating ways.

Scott--I've been using So Delicious Coconut Milk vanilla flavored "creamer" and it tastes incredibly similar to what I'm used to.

Anyone find any cheese alternative for pizza that actually melts well? So far no luck...I'm trying to make a homemade "pizza" to convince my hubs that he won't miss dairy if he cuts it out but I haven't found something that works yet... Thanks!
