Has anyone had gallstones and been treated? I was told surgery to remove the gallblader was the only "treatment." then I did some research and discovered that's not as much a "cure all" no problem solution as they make it sound. A good friend of mine recommended me to his accupunturist and chinese herb specialist. He put me on an herbal supplement GB-6, that is supposed to help dissolve stones. I'm also currently on a no fat vegan diet (can be very tricky at times!) But I have been doing well for over a month now. I want to avoid surgery and keep all my parts if I can. Wondering if anyone else has been down this road and had either traditional western treatment or alternates.
